Anyone know where to find abandoned houses in the New Bern area?

Planning a Return Trip This Weekend to New Bern to capture some more beautiful shots like this one: Wonder if you have some locations around the town that you would recommend. I am well aquainted with Bicentennial Park, and of course Tryon Palace, and downtown.

I really enjoy the river walk area. Lately some of my favorite shots have come from the marina behind the Hilton. But you can't miss with Tryon Palace!
