- A future Ellesmere GO/SmartTrack Station (optional)
- The Crosstown East extension of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT from Kennedy and Eglinton to UTSC
- A Markham Road LRT from Eglinton GO to Centennial College Progress Campus and Malvern Centre
- A driverless shuttlebus between Ellesmere GO and Centennial College Progress Campus connecting with Scarborough Town Centre and the new Scarborough Centre Subway Station
- A subway connection between Don Mills and Sheppard and McCowan and Sheppard
- A Sheppard LRT or BRT between McCowan and Sheppard and Highway #2/Kingston Road and Sheppard Avenue East
- A driverless shuttlebus between the Toronto Zoo and the Sheppard LRT or BRT at Meadowvale and Sheppard
- An Ellesmere Road LRT between Ellesmere GO and UTSC connecting with Rouge Valley/Centenary Hospital
- Phase 1 of a Mississauga-Brampton-Toronto-Durham Express LRT (MBTD Express LRT)
