An incredible opportunity is available on Sat Aug 18 2007. The 86th Warriors' Day Parade is a unique opportunity to pay tribute to Canada's War Veterans. There will be thousands of Veterans, bands, re-enactors and present-day members of Canada's military on parade. The parade starts at 10:15am in Gore Park, just east of the Princes' Gates and marches through the CNE grounds into the Ricoh Coliseum where the saluting dais is located. The public is welcome to watch along the route or from inside the Ricoh Coliseum. A tattoo will take place in the Coliseum following the parade.

This is a unique photographic opportunity. Sadly as time goes by we a losing our WWII Veterans at an alarming rate. It is urgent that we capture their images and stories. And most importantly that we show them how grateful we are for what they have given us, the freedom to enjoy our lives in this wonderful country in which we live, Canada!
