Mother-Daughter Afternoon In The Booth

(one of five 30" X 30" vinyl panels telling the stories of Tivoli regulars)

May has been one eventful and amazing month for me - one show down, one more to close. Got portrait commissions, offers for other exhibitions and a chance to participate in a City Of Toronto installation.

Thanks to all of you who dropped by the Gladstone and left the kind words for SPOON, my Speakeasy/CONTACT Exhibit.

Thanks to those who picked up a postcard at said exhibit and ventured North Of Bloor to take in the Arriverderci Tivoli installation at the Side Show Gallery.

And thanks to those who actually waited out the advertising to see my CONTACT Transit Story on the TTC's video display boards in 40 subway stations.

Now, in celebration of the end of my exhibitionistic tendencies, I'd like to gather the tribes back up to my neighbourhood gallery for one last hurrah for The Tivoli:

On the afternoon of Saturday June 9th, I'm setting up my lights and taking portraits of anyone wishing to sit in the Tivoli Booth for one last time of reflection on past and future of the nabe.
