EPSON V370 horizontal colored lines

almost ten mounths ago I bought a EPSON V370. I never bothered that these lines showed up on scans. Recently I started to work on my hobby and these horizontal lines are messing up my photos.
Searching, I read that may be a "calibration area dirt" (what is strange, since this is happend right when I make the first scan).
I cleaned 3 mirrors right in front of the lens capture, cleaned to the lens itself, and also all the bottom side of the glass (including the white line, wich I belive be the calibration area).
I also re-installed the software 3 times (the CD one).
As you can see on this post, the "before" images shows up these lines (before cleaning), and the "after" images also shows these lines (after cleaning)

So ... Does it have a special way to clean, or something? What I missing ??

Hi, I had similar issue with V600, it showed up on some negatives, then it has gone. I cannot tell what changed and why, but recent 10 films at least I have not seen these lines (but those I developed at home)...

There is a possibility that the line appears as a result of digital ICE function, try to disable it and see what happens.

Good luck !
