How to create a new thread and post your source image for the next contest.

Adding a new discussion thread -

Click on Discussions;
Add topic;
Give it this title - DU Contest [enter the next month] 2023.

Posting your source /starter image (high resolution please)

Go to your source photo in your Photostream.

There are 4 icons at the lower right of the photo; click on the right-turning arrow (Share Photo) ;

In the box that opens, select EMBED; click on the URL, scrolling across. It will then be highlighted in blue;
Select Medium (500 x 423 approx.) in the dropdown box. Close the window by clicking on the X;
Copy the HTML code (the URL) to your clipboard (right click mouse for copy);

Go to the Group page;
Select your new discussion thread;
Post your source image (previously copied as above) into the first comment, entering "(your title) - source image" above your photo.

Please make sure your source image can be downloaded by setting
copyright to "Attribution NonCommercial".

Please also post your source image in the Group Pool.

Job done.

Admin will update the Overview/News section, and handle voting, etc.
