Tata Motors introduced ‘King of SUVs’ festival which offers special rebates and deals on the two SUVs, the Harrier and the flagship Safari. These new discounts are available on bookings till July 31st. This festival marks Tata Motors’ SUV lineup registering two millions on the road.
Tata Harrier and Safari: Massive price cut
Tata Motors has slashed the prices of the Harrier and the Safari and are now off by Rs 50,000 and Rs 70,000 respectively. Till the end of July both the Harrier and the Safari will cost from Rs 14.99 lakh and ₹ 15.49 lakh onwards respectively, ex-showroom.
If you thought this festival deal is too good to be true then you have another thing coming. Tata Motors is offering up to Rs 1.4 lakh on select variants on both the Harrier and Safari.

Tata Harrier and Safari: Engine specs
Both the Harrier and the Safari are only available with a sole 2-litre diesel engine with an output of 168 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. The two SUVs are available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic torque converter. Based on the ARAI report, the Harrier manual returns 16.8 kmpl and 14.6 kmpl for the automatic. The Safari manual, on the other hand, has a mileage of 16.3 kmpl and 14.5 kmpl for the automatic.
Tata Harrier and Safari: Safety
Based on the OMEGARC platform, which is derived from Land Rover’s D8 platform, both the Harrier and the Safari have been awarded a 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP.
The top models come equipped with seven airbags and ADAS suite that includes autonomous braking, forward and rear collision warning, blind-spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, traffic sign recognition and much more.
