Fantasy football fanatic, meet FFPC.

FFPC, fantasy football fanatic.

Now that you’ve been introduced, let’s get into what the Fantasy Football Players Championship (“FFPC”) is and why you should join a league today.

Editor’s Note: FFPC is a Fantasy Alarm partner. We support our partners (and you should, too!) but don’t sacrifice our editorial quality standards to do so. This is an honest intro to a highly recommended fantasy football site. We’re as committed to help you find the best fantasy football leagues to join as we are to help you win your leagues!

What Is The FFPC?

The FFPC is the self-proclaimed “Home Of Season-Long Fantasy Football.” In their own words, they focus on one thing and one thing only: “No salary caps, no DFS, no new formats - just the pure drafting and season-long management that you have known for years.”

While countless small- and mid-sized contests are available, the FFPC’s flagship contest is the FFPC Main Event. This year, the 2024 FFPC Main Event will pay out almost $6 Million in total prizes, with the overall winner taking home a cool $1 Million grand prize.

FFPC Overview

FFPC League Formats

The FFPC has season-long contests for all of the most popular, traditional fantasy league types. These include Classic, Best Ball, Superflex & Dynasty fantasy football leagues.

FFPC has a similar range of league and contest sizes, too. There are daily drafts running right now for each of the league types we just listed.

FFPC Contest & League Sizes

Using Best Ball as an example, there are 12-team leagues drafting each day. Buy-ins range from $35 to $1,250 per team.

Alternatively, you can join large-field contests. The FFPC Best Ball Tournament is the flagship tournament for this fantasy format. It will see 11,664 total teams square off to win a share of a $1.38 Million Prize Pool.

FFPC Entry Fees

All FFPC contests are pay-to-play, but leagues start at just $5 to enter - making it accessible for all budgets and skill levels.

On the other end of the spectrum, the FFPC also has some of the biggest high-stakes contests in the world. Individual high-stakes leagues can have buy-ins up to $10,000, with even bigger prize pools to boot.

FFPC FAQs

Can I join an FFPC fantasy football league?

Yes! The FFPC is open to everyone. There are leagues of all shapes and sizes for fantasy players of all shapes and sizes. “Invite Only” leagues exist, but are the exception and not the rule.

Are there FFPC best ball leagues?

Yes, there are FFPC Best Ball leagues. In fact, FFPC offers the widest range of best ball tournaments in the fantasy industry. There are drafts each day for 12-team best ball leagues, best ball “slim leagues” with no kicker or defense, a Superflex Best Ball Tournament ($50,000 grand prize), and the FFPC Best Ball Tournament ($300,000 grand prize), to only name a few.

If you’re looking for the top best ball fantasy football sites, look no further.

Does FFPC offer dynasty leagues?

Yes, there are FFPC dynasty leagues. As with most things at FFPC, there are a wide variety of dynasty formats, fees and league sizes.

Best of all, FFPC dynasty leagues are reliable. FFPC dynasty fantasy football leagues are full of active and committed owners. The proof is in the pudding. As of the 2024 NFL offseason, no FFPC dynasty leagues have ever folded!

FFPC Orphans - What are they & why do I keep hearing about them?

FFPC Orphans refer to dynasty teams that no longer have an owner, but remain in active FFPC dynasty leagues.

It’s a bit of a depressing analogy, but the roster is what has been abandoned. The former owner is who abandoned it. The roster remains live and active though, which means it can quite literally be adopted by a new fantasy team owner.

Adopting an FFPC Orphan is a great way to gain an edge when you join an FFPC dynasty league. Just because the previous owner is not playing in the 2024-25 NFL season doesn’t mean that their team is a bad one to play with. You’d be surprised what kind of solid rosters and upside you can find when you adopt an orphan.

Is there an FFPC mobile app?

Yes, there is an FFPC mobile app - and it’s a great one! The FFPC app is available for both iOS and Android mobile devices. Both versions have a rating of more than 4.5+ stars in the respective app stores. The app allows you to view & enter contests, draft lineups, follow along with live scoring and much more.

You have to be playing in an FFPC fantasy football league before you can play on the FFPC app, though. Join a league now and draft as soon as today!
