About this event

The International Graduate School (IGS) at Humber College cordially invites you to an engaging event, Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Good- How Industry Can Meet Recruitment Objectives Through AI, on Wednesday April 3, 2024.

The use of AI in recruitment offers numerous benefits such as efficiency, objectivity and scalability. However, several key issues and challenges arise in its implementation. Organizations are faced with navigating issues around bias and fairness, transparency, data privacy and security, quality of data and legal and ethical concerns. Addressing these issues requires a multifaceted approach involving collaboration between AI developers, recruiters, policymakers and other stakeholders to ensure that AI-driven recruitment practices are fair, transparent and ethical.

In our latest Envision the Future of Work Event, Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Good- How Industry Can Meet Recruitment Objectives through AI, we will hear from industry leaders on the benefits and key challenges organizations are facing in the age of artificial intelligence and how future technological developments will impact the recruitment and retention of talent.
