Healthy Relationships focuses on promoting and strengthening healthy relationships between intimate partners.

- Self-esteem and self-confidence;
- Communication;
- Consent;
- Couples relationships; and
- Sexuality

Incredible Years (Los Años Increíbles)
Incredible Years focuses on promoting healthy parenting practices between parents/caregivers and their children.
Topics include:
- Establishing limits with children;
- Self-regulation;
- Praise and discipline;
- Encouraging a child’s emotional vocabulary; and
- Social-emotional skill-building.

Youth Leaders
Our Youth Leaders program allows participants to build their leadership and networking skills while promoting healthy, gender-affirming relationships amongst their peers.
Voces Unidas
Our drop-in domestic violence education and support group serves Spanish-speaking survivors.
Promotoras
Through this program, former client survivors of domestic violence are trained to become community health leaders and educators.
Prevention Classes
We offer classes for families who are at high risk of experiencing domestic violence.
