Case Management
Enlace is here to support domestic violence (DV) survivors the moment they determine they need assistance.
Our comprehensive case management process begins with crisis intervention (via either an in-person visit or phone call).
We also provide each client with community resources they can use to secure clothing, food, and other household essentials they or their children need. Select items may be available on-site and can be provided to clients immediately. Each case manager will help guide clients in accessing and/or applying for:
- Public benefits (for themselves and their children);
- Transitional or affordable housing;
- Medical care;
- Crime victims reparations;
- Legal support for civil legal and immigration cases and pro se assistance;
- Financial capability training;
- And more, depending on the client’s service plan.
As part of each client’s initial orientation meeting with their case manager, they will discuss safety measures and strategies, and develop a client-directed, strengths-based service plan the client can use to meet their needs.

We value partnering with clients to provide life-enhancing counseling services that help support clients as they process trauma and manage their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
Legal Services
Our legal team informs clients of their legal rights and can represent clients in civil legal proceedings, and/or provide clients with pro se assistance.
Housing Assistance
Our housing specialists work with clients to assess immediate housing needs and can help source available transitional housing and/or connect clients with potential housing options.
Financial Capability Training and Education
Almost every DV situation involves financial abuse. Enlace works with clients to provide them with one-on-one training and resources to enhance their financial acumen so that they are better positioned to build a strong financial base for their future.

We provide engaging support groups for children and adults
Parenting/Caregiving Classes
We work with parents/caregivers and children to help ensure healthy growth and development for the whole family.
