Financial Capability Training and Education
Almost every domestic violence (DV) situation involves financial abuse. Because of this, Enlace recognizes how important it is for clients to have access to financial capability training and educational resources—all of which help to self-empower survivors to build a strong financial base for their future.
Financial capability goals often are included in each client’s service plan, and Enlace’s case managers will work with each client to ensure they have resources at their disposal to set them on a path toward financial self-sufficiency.
Enlace utilizes a financial capability curriculum to teach clients about financial health, savings, credit, and other elements of becoming financially self-sufficient. When funding permits, we also partner with clients participating in the financial capability curriculum to open matched savings accounts (Individual Development Accounts).

We value partnering with clients to provide life-enhancing counseling services that help support clients as they process trauma and manage their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

Our legal team informs clients of their legal rights and can represent clients in civil legal proceedings, and/or provide clients with pro se assistance.
Housing Assistance
Our housing specialists work with clients to assess immediate housing needs and can help source available transitional housing and/or connect clients with potential housing options.
