Upgrade Your Hiring

Our EmployABILITY Champions are growing, but not just because of EmployABILITY Business Grant funds. Hiring individuals with disabilities and investing in their careers is a smart business choice – no matter the size or industry of your business.

Companies who championed disability inclusion had 28% higher revenue, twice the net income, and 30% higher profit margins over a four-year period.

Hiring individuals with disabilities increases the pool of qualified candidates by 61%, according to a report for the U.S. Department of Labor.
