Patricia Wexler, M.D., F.A.A.D. is a board-certified dermatologist with over 35 years of experience, known for her innovations with Botox, facial and body Ultherapy, Infini, Fraxel, hair rejuvenation and body contouring. She is equally renowned for her signature “liquid face lift,” which has been featured on national and international television. She is a global lecturer and associate clinical professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. Additionally, she’s a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Ife Rodney, M.D., F.A.A.D. is a double board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist with more than 15 years of experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is the founding director of Eternal Dermatology, a cosmetic, surgical, and medical dermatology practice specializing in skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, and hair restoration in Fulton, Maryland. Dr. Rodney completed her medical training and dermatology residency at Howard University and a dermatopathology fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and is regularly featured as a skin and haircare expert in national publications.

Karan Lal, D.O., F.A.A.D., is a double fellowship-trained pediatric and cosmetic dermatologist practicing in both New York and Scottsdale, Arizona. He is an international speaker on the topics of LGBTQ skin health, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, laser surgery, melasma, cosmeceuticals, and soft tissue augmentation. He is the chair of the social media committee for the Society of Pediatric dermatology and also sits on the ASDS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.

Michelle Henry, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and ACGME fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgeon. She is the founder and leader of Skin & Aesthetic Surgery in New York City, which focuses on high-risk skin cancer treatments, cosmetic surgery, hair loss solutions, skin rejuvenation techniques, and addressing the unique needs of diverse skin types. She has been named a top doctor by New York Magazine and currently conducts FDA clinical trials, serves as a consulting dermatologist for Kiehl’s, and is an active member of the product validation board at L’Oréal. She is also a fellow at the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and American College of Mohs Surgery.

Kseniya Kobets, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and the Director of Cosmetic Dermatology and Assistant Professor, Dermatology at Montefiore-Einstein Advanced Care in New York. Her clinical focus is skin rejuvenation, treating acne and rosacea, and hair restoration, and she is currently researching the development of an institutional review board for evaluating hair restoration using non-ablative lasers and topical growth factors. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the City University of New York as well as a Master of Health Sciences and medical degree from Yale. She completed her residency and a dermatologic surgery fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she trained under world-renowned cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Suzan Obagi. Dr. Kobets is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser, Medicine, and Surgery.

Mona Gohara, M.D. is a Yale-trained and board-certified dermatologist operating a private practice in Hamden, Connecticut. She is currently an Associate Clinical Professor and Associate Director of DEI and Community Engagement in Yale’s Department of Dermatology. She is especially passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in dermatology and spends time educating the public on skin health, skin cancer, and sun protection through writing and lecturing on a local, national, and international level. She is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society, where she has served as the group’s youngest president.

Muneeb Shah, D.O. is a double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon at Hudson Dermatology and Laser Surgery in New York City. Raised in New York, he completed his education at Hofstra University, Nova Southeastern University, and Campbell University. Known as the “DermDoctor” online, Dr. Shah educates millions on dermatology through TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. He is also the founder of the skin care line REMEDY.

Rebecca Marcus, M.D., F.A.A.D. is a board-certified dermatologist at North Dallas Dermatology Associates. She has nearly two decades of experience specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, a medical degree from New York Medical College, and completed a fellowship in dermatological clinical research as well as a residency in dermatology at the Columbia University Medical Center. Her work has been published in numerous scholarly journals, including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is also the founder of Maei MD skincare.

Jessie Cheung, M.D. is a board-certified, fellowship-trained dermatologist with 14 years of experience. Her focus is cosmetics, anti-aging, and regenerative medicine with hormones and peptides, as well as sexual health. Dr. Cheung is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery and a speaker and trainer for fillers, thread lifts, and lasers. She uses a holistic approach that connects popular cosmetic procedures with new and developing treatments, such as hormone replacement therapy and stem cell technology for hair, skin, and sexual rejuvenation. She has held faculty appointments at NYU Langone Health and Rush University Medical Center and is now exclusively in private practice in Chicago and New York City with an international clientele.

Brooke Jeffy, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist in Scottsdale, Arizona and the founder of btwn skincare for tweens and teens. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and completed all of her medical training, including dermatology residency, at the University of Louisville. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is particularly passionate about helping adolescents create routines for achieving healthy skin. Her expertise has been featured in numerous publications.

Lara Devgan, M.D., M.P.H., F.A.C.S. is a board-certified New York City-based plastic surgeon and international lecturer in medical and surgical topics. Her expertise spans cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, with a focus on facial aesthetics, advanced body contouring, and complex reconstructive cases. She attended Yale, Johns Hopkins Medical School, Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, and completed a plastic surgery residency and fellowship at Columbia. A diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and fellow of the American College of Surgeons, she is also the founder and CEO of the luxury skincare line Dr. Devgan Scientific Beauty, an editorial consultant for The Lancet, and host of the podcast Beauty Bosses.

Alexis Parcells, M.D. is a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing in New York City and New Jersey. She has expertise in both surgical and nonsurgical techniques, including in lasers, breast surgeries, and nonsurgical injectables. Dr. Parcells is also the founder of Sunnie Skin, a medical-grade skin care and scar brand. She serves as a clinical instructor for medical students and residents and has presented her research on an international stage.

Norman Rowe, M.D. is a board-certified plastic surgeon and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. With practices across New York, New Jersey, and Florida, he specializes in rhinoplasty, revision, and breast procedures, including short-scar breast reductions. He trained at NYU Langone Health and the Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Institute, with an additional year of training dedicated to the study of microsurgery and breast reconstruction surgeries.

Catherine Chang, M.D. is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and craniofacial specialist in Beverly Hills. She remains active in clinical research and has published over 20 peer-review articles, three book chapters, and has co-authored the textbook Atlas of Facial Implants on craniofacial surgery and facial implants. Dr. Chang holds degrees from Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Harvard Medical School and is also the founder of the skin care brand NakedBeauty MD.

Dr. Yael Halaas is double board-certified facial plastic surgeon based in New York. She specializes in facelifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and the evaluation and treatment of hair loss in men and women. She is an international speaker for major aesthetic brands as well as a clinical investor for new treatments. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a nationally-certified OR inspector.

Dr. Jennifer Levine, M.D. is an award-winning, double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and beauty expert. In addition to running her private practice in New York City, an in-house operating room, and her Body Sculpting Suite, Dr. Levine is an attending plastic surgeon at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital and Lenox Hill. She has served on the board of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has been named a top doctor by both Castle Connolly and New York Magazine multiple times. Additionally, she is a member of Merz Aesthetic’s BeHer empowerment collective, a cohort of female physicians.

Edyta Jarosz is a licensed esthetician at Shafer Plastic Surgery in New York City. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering and has completed cosmetics training programs in countries around the world. Blending her joint background in engineering and aesthetics, she has become well-known for her personalized skin care routines and signature facial massages—including sculptural face massaging, intra-oral, and gua sha techniques. She also serves as an international educator for a variety of skin care brands and manufacturers of aesthetic equipment.
