Know Your Rights EEO Poster
The law requires an employer to post notices describing the Federal laws prohibiting job discrimination based on race, color, sex (including pregnancy and related conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, religion, age, equal pay, disability and genetic information.
The EEOC's poster is currently available in English and Spanish, additional languages are forthcoming.
