The Accessibility Metadata Best Practices for Ebooks report is an outcome of a project funded by the Government of Canada and led by eBOUND Canada. The report contains a landscape review of accessibility metadata as it exists in the current publishing climate, results and insights from CAT-DB—a testing site created specifically for this project, and best practices for publishers to implement around accessibility metadata.
The report was written and assembled by Laura Brady, Amanda Lee, and eBOUND staff, with notable help from Ronok Sarkar (BookConnect), the National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS), and the Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA).
