James Edward Neff OBITUARY

Our beloved brother, Jim, passed into the next life on June 15, 2024, at the age of 66. He was a native Californian and lived in the Bay Area for most of his life. Jim was a generous soul who would share his last dollar with those in need. He was most proud of his abilities as a musician and loved playing both electric and acoustic guitars. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany and Saudi Arabia and achieved Rifle Expert status. Jim is survived by his siblings – Anne (Reigh), Cathy (Lance), and Brandon (Johannes) – as well as his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews, who he loved very much. He will be deeply missed and will forever live in our hearts. There will be a private family celebration of Jim’s life.
