Gerald Rawlins OBITUARY

Gerald Rawlins, age 85, passed away at his home in Oakland, California on June 9, 2024. Gerry graduated from Selma High School, Indiana University and law school. He then moved to Oakland, California area in the 1970s. He had been an administrator at Oakland community schools and prior to his death at the Alameda High School as Assistant Principal where a memorial has been placed in his honor. Gerry was much loved and admired by his students, and friends at Alameda High School, as well as his family here in the Muncie Indiana area. A family memorial service will be held at a later date near his Indiana home. Donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society, Alameda High School, or the organization of your choice.
