Crepes ‘n Crepes, which recently closed its longtime location in Cherry Creek, will reopen in Congress Park.

The creperie signed a lease for 1222 Madison St., according to Jason Ruscio, a broker with Avant Group who represented restaurant owners Alain and Ellina Veratti.

The new building is about 2,400 square feet and also has patio space.

The property was most recently home to the second outpost of Billy’s Inn, which closed in November after less than a year in operation. Before that, TAG Burger Bar operated in the building for years. The real estate is owned by Denver-based City Street Investors, which owns Billy’s Inn and other local restaurants.

Crepes ‘n Crepes at 2816 E. 3rd Ave., where it had operated for more than 15 years, closed at the end of November. The restaurant also once had locations downtown and in LoHi, but closed those in 2019.
