Robert W. Selbert

July 8, 2024, age 87. Predeceased by his parents Chester W. & Audrey Selbert; brother, David Selbert; sister, Addona Gosson; Grandson, Adam R. Knapp; & Great Grandson, Brody C. Law. Survived by his loving wife of 65 years J. Suzanne Selbert; children, Robin (William) Weber, Nadine (Stuart) Knapp & Kristin (Joesph) Morrissey; Grandchildren, Caitlin (Christopher) Law, Chase Weber (future granddaughter-in-law Laura Gertin), Emily (William) Ross, Arthur (Chelsey) Knapp, and Mackenzie & Sydney Morrissey; Great grandchildren, Maeve Law, Roslyn Law, Freya Law, Liam Ross, Gabrielle Ross, & Adam Ross.

Bob was in the US Coast Guard Reserves for 8 years, retiree of Eastman Kodak, past Chairman of the Parma GOP, member of the Hilton Masonic Lodge and Trustee at St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Hilton. Bob loved traveling with his wife Sue, boating and sailing.

Most of all Bob enjoyed spending time with his family. His grandchildren and great grandchildren brought him immense joy, pride and laughter. Bob was proud to be a Trustee at St Paul’s with his congregational family.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thurs., July 11, 2024 from 2:30 to 5:30 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, Hilton. Bob’s Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 10:00 am at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 158 East Ave, Hilton, NY 14468. Interment will be held after the Funeral Service in Parma Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Paul’s Lutheran Church, 158 East Ave., Hilton, NY 14468.
