Dallas County jail records show he was booked into jail at about 10:15 a.m. His bond has not yet been set, and online jail records do not show what Castaneda was charged with. However, police say he was arrested and is facing a charge of intoxication manslaughter and collision involving death.

It is unclear if he has an attorney. The investigation is ongoing, police say.
