Darts star Luke Littler is Neal Maupay's latest windup victim after "The Nuke" bit on the Brentford man's Scott McTominay joke.

Maupay, who set his sights on Tottenham's James Maddison earlier in the season, was in a mischievous mood after his side's English Premier League draw with Man Utd. Maupay was brought on during 1-1 stalemate on Saturday. Brentford had the upper hand but it looked like they might be on the losing side when Mason Mount scored late for United. But then former Celtic favourite Kristoffer Ajer levelled even later and Murapay couldn't resist a a dig at Scotland talisman McTominay after full-time.

He posted a photo on Instagram showing him and McTominay during the game, with the United midfielder pulling his shirt. Maupay joked: "This fan was desperate for my shirt [laughing emoji].", reports the Express. But United supporter Littler stood up for McTominay, with a sharp reply saying: "[He] talks more than he scores."

The 17 year old's comeback got lots of attention online, and the banter didn't stop there. After netting a score of 170, young darts protege Luke Littler celebrated with his signature 'big fish' dance. Footballer Neal Maupay posted a clip of the performance on social media saying: "Talk about a big fish."

Both Maupay and Littler aren't strangers to friendly banter with other sports stars. Earlier this season, during a match at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Maupay irritated Maddison by copying his celebratory move. Words were exchanged on the field, and after the game, Maddison said: "He hasn't scored enough goals to have his own celebration."

Ever quick with a comeback, Maupay retorted: "More goals and less relegations in my career than James Maddison. We go again Monday, Bees."
