Kate Ritchie has been making the most of Sydney's COVID lockdown by spending plenty of time with her six-year-old daughter Mae.
And on Wednesday, the former Home and Away star, 42, taught her daughter how to ride a bike.
Kate shared a photo to Instagram of Mae breaking down in tears while practising the right of passage.

It comes after Kate was extremely proud of herself after fixing a typically Australian sandwich for lunch.
In a post on Instagram on Tuesday, the radio host gave her chips and gravy sandwich the thumbs up.

The former Home and Away actress held up her right thumb as a sign of approval for the iconic meal.
