Large windows, classic high ceilings and scenic views: Inside Kate Ritchie's $850,000 Bellevue Hill apartment as it goes on the market
Kate Ritchie has listed her Bellevue Hill apartment for auction in December, 20 years after purchasing the investment property.
The 42-year-old actress bought the 1930s Art Deco pad in 2000 for $395,000, when she was just 21.
According to Realestate.com.au, the two-bedroom home, located in the harbourside eastern suburb of Sydney, has an $850,000 guide for its December 5 auction.

The boutique apartment is located on a block of 18 on the edge of the Bellevue Hill village.
It features two bedrooms, built-in robes, a spacious living room and a dining area.
The apartment also has a modern kitchen, a common storage room and a spacious bathroom.
The home itself still has its original features, including high ceilings, large windows, which capture scenic valley views, and a fireplace.

It is located just minutes from Bondi Beach and Double Bay as well as a short stroll from local cafes.
This comes as Kate's marriage to retired rugby league player Stuart Webb is said to be in dire straits.
In April, New Idea reported that Kate and Stuart had been attending 'counselling' for their marital issues.

They were last spotted together in February, when they celebrated their six-year-old daughter Mae's first day of school.
The reunion came after Kate reportedly moved out of their marital home in Randwick after police took out an interim AVO on her behalf against the NRL star, following an incident at the property.
Kate and Stuart tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Launceston, Tasmania, in 2010.
