Kate Ritchie says she is 'very ready for a holiday' after AVO drama with her husband Stuart Webb
She has had a tough few months after police took out an AVO against her husband-of-nine-years, former NRL star Stuart Webb.
But on Friday, Kate Ritchie turned her focus to the holidays, revealing she can't wait for the year to come to an end.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph at Nova's Christmas lunch, the 41-year-old said: 'I'm very ready for a holiday and I don't think I'm alone there.'

'The year has flown [and] I haven't really had a chance to think about anything,' she added.
Kate went on to explain that once she wraps up her radio show for the year, she will start getting organised for Christmas.
'I will probably be the busiest I've been all year trying to get organised for Christmas but I think everyone feels that way at this time of year,' she said.

She dressed in an ivory top with white floral embroidery, a frilly neckline and sleeves, which she accessorised with statement pearl earrings.
For makeup, she oozed radiance with a flawless complexion, a hint of blush, lashings of mascara and glossy nude lips.
'Running late but at least en route to kick off the festive season with Nova Entertainment @katetimmarty #nova #ktm#medialuncheon2019,' she wrote in the caption.

Daily Mail Australia confirmed Kate had moved out of the couple's marital home in Sydney's Randwick, last month.
The radio is instead living at a separate $4.4million property owned by friends from the soap that made her famous, Home and Away.
The property has a substantial, free-standing granny flat where Kate is believed to be staying. The move, and court order, follows lengthy speculation that their relationship was strained, which Kate denied.
