Kate Ritchie prepares to make her debut on Play School... after her husband Stuart Webb agrees to a year-long AVO banning him from going near her after drinking
There is good news for Kate Ritchie after the actress has been in the headlines for the wrong reasons in recent weeks.
The former Home and Away star is prepared to make her debut on Play School.
Mother-of-one Kate excitedly took to Instagram on Monday to share the news, posting a throwback photo from the time she filed the cameo two months ago.

In the photo she is seen holding Play School's iconic toys, Big Ted and Jemima.
Kate told her fans she would be appearing on the show on Tuesday.
'Hands down the biggest stars I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Excited (and looking a little nervous) to be holding two of my childhood favourites,' she wrote online.
'Join me for Play School Story Time tomorrow! 5.05pm.'
Kate first filmed her spot on the show in September, and took to Instagram at the time to share a video of herself on set.

It comes after Kate's NRL star husband Stuart Webb, 39, was banned from approaching her after drinking or taking drugs.
Earlier this month, the retired sports star agreed to a year-long apprehended violence order taken (AVO) taken against him by NSW Police.
The order said that he must not be near Kate for 'at least 12 hours after drinking alcohol or taking illicit drugs', a standard condition.

He wore his wedding band and hid his face behind dark sunglasses as he appeared at Waverley Local Court.
It came after Daily Mail Australia confirmed Kate had moved out of the couple's marital home in Sydney's Randwick.
The radio is instead living at a separate $4.4million property owned by friends from the soap that made her famous, Home and Away.
The property has a substantial, free-standing granny flat where Kate is believed to be staying. The move, and court order, follows lengthy speculation that their relationship was strained, which Kate denied.
The pair have recently been spending weekends away in a last bid to save their marriage.
