Kate Ritchie has moved out of her marital home and in with old friends from her Home and Away days - after police took out an apprehended violence order on her behalf against her husband, Stuart Webb.
The 41-year-old actress turned radio presenter and her daughter, Mae, have left the family home in Randwick, in Sydney's east, and are believed to be staying at a $4.4million property in a nearby suburb, which is owned by friends she worked with on Home and Away.
While Kate hasn't spoken publicly since police took out the AVO after an incident at her house in Randwick on October 17, she has been seen frequently coming and going from her friends' home, which suggests she's temporarily staying there following the rumoured breakdown of her nine-year marriage.
The property has a substantial, free-standing granny flat where Kate and Mae are believed to be staying.

Ritchie has been seen at the home on consecutive days, leaving and entering with her daughter, and also parks her car within the home's gated driveway.
The Nova FM drive time radio presenter has also been seen helping out around the home, bringing in the rubbish bins on Wednesday.
A determined-looking Kate, dressed in activewear, was not wearing her wedding ring.

She was also seen taking Mae to a dance class on Saturday.
Kate appeared to be in a brighter mood than usual as she strolled around in a denim playsuit.
She wore a full face of makeup for the occasion, pulled her hair back into a sleek chignon and kept a low profile in dark sunglasses.

Stuart has been living in the estranged couples' Southern Highlands home, while Kate has remained in Sydney.
Earlier this month, NSW Police took out an interim apprehended violence order (AVO) on behalf of Kate against her husband.
The decision to grant the temporary AVO came after 'an incident at a home in Randwick on Thursday [October 17],' according to a police spokesperson.
They added that the investigation was ongoing, but no charges had been laid.

On October 24, the temporary AVO was extended for at least two more weeks while the case was adjourned.
Meanwhile, friends of the actress say she has 'retreated into her own world' as her personal life makes headlines.
'We've all been worried about Kate,' a source told New Idea earlier this week.
The insider, who was described as a 'former colleague' of Kate's, added that her marriage to Stuart never quite matched the 'fairytale' in her head.
'Kate has tried to make it work,' they said. 'I know in the past she's confided a lot in [Home and Away stars] Emily Symons and Lynne McGranger, but this time she's retreated into her own world.
'I know she'd be horrified to have her personal life exposed like this.'
The couple's relationship had reportedly been 'under stress' before the incident in Randwick, after Stuart pleaded guilty to a drink driving charge earlier this year.
Stuart, who had previously been found guilty of drink driving in 2012 and 2017, blew 0.083 after police spotted him running a red light on March 26.
He is awaiting sentencing for the latest drink driving charge. The AVO case continues.
In May, Woman's Day reported that Stuart's drink driving arrest in March had left the pair 'exposed', but Kate was trying 'keep their personal life private'.

A source told the magazine the legal dramas had 'been hard' on the publicity-shy former soap actress.
Long before the AVO incident, Kate had denied rumours her marriage was in trouble.
Speaking to The Australian Women's Weekly last year, Kate said that she and Stuart were happy and committed to their marriage and labelled split rumours 'baseless'.

'Of course [split rumours] are wrong... it is baseless. But I don't want to say any more about it because it will breathe life into it again,' she said.
'When you ask me how does that affect me, the truth is I have had to learn how to not let if affect me.
'I think good luck to anybody who thinks that they know what is going on in my life because there are times when I am not sure - and I don't mean that in a negative way.'
