She's been in the entertainment industry for more than three decades.
And on Friday night, Kate Ritchie looked every inch the A-list star.
Attending the Nova Entertainment Awards in Melbourne, Kate, 40, took to Instagram to capture her outfit before hitting the red carpet.

The Nova's Kate, Tim and Marty radio host rocked a neck-high maroon Scanlan Theodore dress with a paisley print and matching boots.
She teamed the outfit with a bejeweled Bulgari bag and simple Jan Logan silver rings and stunning emerald earrings.
Her blonde locks were teased in an asymmetrical style and her makeup was complimentary to her dress, consisting of a slight rouged smokey eye and light pink lipstick.

It appears the look was not only a hit on the night but also with Kate's four-year-old daughter, Mae Webb.
'My four-year-old sent me her first [thumbs up] emoji in response to my frock last night,' Kate captioned the picture.
'Oh and loads of [unicorns]. Thank you for having me Melbourne. Now get me home to her,' she added.
The appearance comes after reports that her marriage with Stuart Webb is experiencing 'undue stress' as her retired NRL player husband faces potential jail time following a drink driving arrest in March.

Last week, Woman's Day magazine claimed that the legal matter had 'exposed' the couple and Kate is trying 'keep their personal life private'.
Earlier this month, Stuart pleaded guilty to the drink driving charge and will return to Waverley Court House on July 2, where he may be sentenced.
Kate is 'determined to keep going about her work and everyday business like normal', a source told the publication.
The insider added that the scandal has 'been hard' on the Nova FM radio presenter.
