And on Tuesday, Kate Ritchie marked her milestone 40th birthday.

She was nine-years-old when she made her debut on Channel Seven's soap opera Home And Away in 1988 as young Sally Fletcher.
For 20 years, Kate continued to star on the nightly drama until 2008.
After her departure, she starred in a number of other TV dramas including Cops L.A.C., Underbelly: A Tale of Two Cities, and Mr & Mrs Murder.

In 2008 she also began dating St George Illawara Dragons player Stuart Webb and the two tied the knot in 2010 in the picturesque Quamby Estate in Tasmania.
They welcomed daughter Mae in 2014.
In the same year, she announced she would be replacing comedian Meshel Laurie as a host of Nova's drive with Tim Blackwell and Marty Sheargold.
Her transition from TV to radio has been a successful career move with the drive-time radio show's steady positive ratings.

Kate recently took to Instagram to share a sweet photo tribute of her beloved dog Maccy Moo.
The former Home And Away star took to Instagram on Saturday, posting a precious photo of herself cradling the pooch with the caption: 'Hugs with our old boy in the garden'.
A day later, she shared another image, this time including husband Stuart Webb, and wrote in the picture's caption: 'We love you'.
