They were spotted engaging in a very awkward PDA at a Sydney park last month, following persistent split rumours.
And on Wednesday, former Home and Away star Kate Ritchie and her husband Stuart Webb looked a little tense as they stepped out for dinner.
During the outing, the pair were joined by their daughter Mae, three, with the actress doting over her mini-me throughout the meal.

The couple enjoyed a glass of white wine over dinner, however Nova star Kate looked somewhat strained.
She did turn her frown upside down when she doted on Mae, brandishing a huge smile across her face as the mother and daughter duo cuddled up.
The trio were also seen walking on the Sydney Opera House steps, with both Kate and Stuart holding Mae's hands as they swung her in the air.

Kate was seen with Mae in her arms as she took snaps with her iPhone, while Stuart posed behind them.
The radio host rugged up for the chilly evening, wearing a black jumper with a matching jacket, jeans and a Burberry scarf.
Her long dark locks were out and over her shoulders and she wore barely any makeup.
Former NRL star Stuart meanwhile donned dark trousers and a jumper underneath a jacket.
Kate dressed their little girl in a dress, tights, runners and a coat.

Sportsman Stuart, 37, appeared to comfort Kate, who appeared downcast and deep in thought.
Stuart placed his arm around his wife's shoulders in an apparent attempt to comfort her, but she seemed somewhat reluctant.

Kate and Stuart married in an intimate country-style wedding in 2010, a year after getting engaged while on holiday in Europe.
Speculation of a breakup began after Kate and Stuart bought a new house in the Southern Highlands in 2016.
The Daily Telegraph previously alleged the couple were living separately, with Stuart residing in their new home while Kate remained in Sydney with their daughter.
