The former Saturday Night Live star put her toned pins on parade in a chic, thigh-skimming co-ord, consisting of a smart alice + olivia blazer and tailored shorts.
Adding height to her frame for her radio appearance, Amy teetered on a pair of daringly high black platform heels.
The star edged up her look by wearing a bright graffiti-print top underneath her black blazer, while opting for natural make-up for the occasion.
Amy completed her look by injecting a touch of A-list glamour to proceedings with a pair of chic sunglasses, while wearing her light brunette locks tumbling around her shoulders in loose waves.
The Hollywood actress, who appeared on the BBC Radio 2 show with presenter Sara Cox, spoke about her role in the animated film, as she was quizzed by the breakfast host's very own daughter Renee.

Amy - whose character Joy, who works together with Fear, Disgust, Anger and Sadness to protect 11-year-old Riley as she faces the challenges of growing up - spoke about her own children Abel and Archie Arnett during the interview.
She said: 'My four year old is going through a stage where he's afraid of all movies, so he hasn't seen it yet but my six year old loves it. What's really great is it gives children the chance to say what they're feeling.
'You just can't sit a child down and say "how are you feeling?" and they say "thanks for asking, I'm actually feeling quite anxious," so my son talks about the characters and emotions like they're the same thing, which is really sweet.'

Sara also drew reference to Amy's autobiography Yes Please, as the star recalled the first moment she improvised on stage.
Amy said: 'I was playing Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz for the first time in fourth grade and my line was "Toto, Toto, where are you?" and I realised that I was holding the dog, so I put the dog down, walked away a few feet and said the line again.
'And this began a long career trying to chase that high.'
Inside Out is in cinemas from Friday July 24
