Rachael Finch has put her young children Violet, 8, and Dominic, 5, to work in her health supplements factory during the school holidays.

The former Miss Universe Australia winner, 36, shared a clip to Instagram on Monday capturing the youngsters hard at work packing boxes of her Kissed Earth line.

The siblings were outfitted in high-vis gear as they carefully stacked the supplements into cardboard boxes while their mother supervised them.

Rachael was heard managing her children as they worked hard on the factory floor, and appreciatively told them, 'Good job, thank you' after they finished packing.

The stunner was then seen demonstrating how to strategically load the boxes to ensure maximum storage, as her children attentively looked on.

'We have the best team ever,' she captioned one video.

Rachael shares her children with dancer husband Michael Miziner, who she met on the set of Dancing With The Stars in 2010.

It comes after the Australian TV host was recently criticised by fans when she shared a video of herself jogging behind Violet while screaming words of encouragement during a cross country race.

Rachael hit back at the critics in a follow-up Instagram video and insisted she was just 'motivating her child to do her best'.

'Just a quick message to anyone wanting to criticise or personally attack me for wanting to support, encourage and motivate my child to do the very best that she can do,' she said.

'Just a couple of things. One, check your facts. And two, check back in eight or so years when Violet is an adult to see the progress.'

Journalists Amy, Kate and Sophie Taeuber had taken aim at the blogger on their Outspoken podcast, describing her approach as 'next level' and arguing it could have 'put off' the other kids in the race.

They pointed out that there would have been plenty of children running behind Rachael, given that Violet placed 12th out of 100.

Finch often passionately hits back at comments about her parenting as she previously slammed trolls who accused her of 'underfeeding' her children with a 'strict' diet.

In April, she was branded an 'almond mum' and accused of 'endangering' her kids after sharing a video of herself making them 'naked burgers' using lettuce cups instead of bread rolls. A fired-up Rachael argued the accusation was 'hilarious'.
