Courteney Cox, 60, displays her extreme anti-ageing methods by climbing into a FREEZER

Courteney Cox unveiled the secrets to her incredible figure as she displayed her rather extreme anti-ageing methods - involving a trip to the freezer in a tiny bikini.

The Scream actress, who turned 60 in June, shared a video of herself talking about how she feels about her milestone age on Sunday. 

The former Friends star said in the Reel: 'So, I just had a birthday. Don't love the number, but. Look, we have no choice. Just gotta do the best you can.'

The video then showed a compilation of Courteney performing very intense workouts including chin-ups and chest flies.

Afterwards, Courteney crawled out of a tiny freezer wearing a white face mask and a HigherDOSE red light cap, which is thought to stimulate hair follicles.

She looked at the camera and jokes: 'What? It's cryotherapy.' 

Cryotherapy, or cold therapy, is the local or general use of low temperatures in medical therapy.

Courteney's followers flooded her comments section with praise, writing: 'You say that age proudly girlll because 60 has NEVER looked better!';

'Appreciate every number you're given so so many do t get the privilege. I don't understand this getting old attitude everyone seems to have';

On Courteney's June 15 birthday, Jennifer Aniston took to Instagram to pay tribute to her Friends co-star and BFF.

The Murder Mystery 2 actress, 55, posted a carousel of throwback photos of the two along with a heartfelt message.

Jennifer described Courteney, who starred alongside her in the hit sitcom Friends for 10 years, as a 'powerful' woman whose 'loyalty' is unmatched. 

'Celebrating this powerful, magical, mystical, interesting, interested, ferociously talented girl today!!!' Aniston began in the sweet tribute.

'My sweet CC @courteneycoxofficial… she's funny like no other, STUNNING on the inside and out. 

'Independent in the most gorgeous way, cares for everyone even if she doesn't know you.
