Kelsea Ballerini flashes her toned abs in a skimpy red bikini and cowgirl boots as she enjoys a pool day on Fourth of July

Kelsea Ballerini flaunted her incredible figure as she posed in a stylish swimsuit while celebrating the Fourth of July on Thursday. 

The Miss Me More songstress, 30 - who recently revealed that boyfriend Chase Stokes 'calms her nerves' before walking red carpets - wowed in a new snap that was uploaded to her main Instagram page. 

The performer donned a skimpy, red bikini top as well as a matching pair of red, drawstring bottoms. 

She also slipped into brown boots and wore a tan-colored, cowgirl hat on top of her blonde locks that flowed down naturally past her shoulders. 

Ballerini opted to not wear flashy pieces of jewelry to the look as she cooled down in the summer heat by taking a dip in the swimming pool.

The star could be seen striking a quick pose next to the edge of the pool that was bordered by stone pavement. 

Lush greenery and trees lined the background and offered a bit of shades as the bright sun shone down during the holiday. 

Adorable dogs sat next to Kelsea in the picture - with one resting on the top step of the pool. 

In the caption of the latest post, she penned to her 4.1 million fans and followers, 'happy 4th of july!!!! makes me wanna hot dog reallll badddd.'

She later took to her Instagram stories and shared another image of her cowgirl boots while standing next to the pool. 

During a recent interview with New Beauty last month in June, Ballerini opened up about the summer season and special plans she has for the sweltering months. 

'I want to explore the West Coast,' the singer expressed. 'I'll have my dog with me and I'm excited to take days off...' 

'And get out there, rent a car and do what I do when I'm back home in Nashville: Put the windows down and go drive and see what's going on.'

From July through September, the beauty is slated to take on the role of a coach for the upcoming season of The Voice. 

The star will make a brief move from Nashville to Los Angeles to film episodes for the singing competition series. 

In regards to whether she is 'excited' to live in L.A. for a few months, Kelsea admitted to the outlet, 'Not at all. LA makes me shake in my boots!' 

'I'm really excited to do something so out of my comfort zone and to have this opportunity - an opportunity where I'm still invested in music, but in a different way.' 

The Mountain With A View hitmaker added, 'I'm excited to take some of what I've learned over the last decade and try to help other people. I'm excited to try something new.'

Elsewhere in the interview, the star gushed how her boyfriend and Outer Banks actor, Chase Stokes, helps keep her calm when it comes to red carpet events. 

She recalled attending the MET Gala for the first time earlier this year in May, and stated that she had been 'excited' but also 'very nervous.' 

However, Ballerini explained that Stokes was 'with me on the red carpet, so that helps.'

Kelsea and Chase were first romantically linked in January 2023 at the College Football Playoff National Championship in Los Angeles. 

The following month, the singer confirmed her romance with the actor during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast - and revealed that she slid in his DM's.

'[My manager] was like, "You know who's really cute, like, when you're ready? Chase." I was like, "You're so right." His handle is "hichasestokes" and I just said, "Hi Chase Stokes."' 

After going public with their relationship, the couple have been spotted together on various occasions, such as the 2024 CMT Awards in Austin, Texas in April. 

Ballerini was previously married to fellow singer, Morgan Evans, from 2017 until the pair announced their split in August 2022. Later that same year in November, they reached a settlement in their divorce. 

The beauty has been keeping busy, and recently dropped her collaborative single, Cowboys Cry Too, with Noah Kahan late last month on June 28.

The track is the lead single on her upcoming, fifth studio album - although a title for the LP has yet to be revealed. 

A few days before the song was released, she took to her main Instagram page to tease the single and also wrote, 'so proud and excited to release this first song in a new chapter of music.'

In regards to the new album, Kelsea expressed to People in June that she has 'shot everything' and was also 'able to bring it to life visually.' 

'This feels like the most ahead of it I've gotten to be. It feels really nice to be able to have that all laid out and not rush into it so much.'
