Ashton Kutcher puts on animated display as he meets Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes

Ashton Kutcher looked delighted as he met Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes at BST Hyde Park in London on Thursday.

The actor, 46, was also packing on the PDA with wife Mila Kunis, 40, as the pair danced along while watching Morgan Wallen perform in a VIP area of the British Summer Time festival.

Ashton's day seemingly got even better when he met the sports star quarterback and his wife, both 28, who were also enjoying the concert.

Pictures from the event show the Just Married actor, who was sporting a smart tan jacket, blue jeans and a Nike cap, excitedly shaking hands with the NFL icon.

Shielding his eyes with some white shades, Patrick, looked equally as pleased, grinning as they went in for a hug.

Opting for a more eye-catching look, the quarterback was donning a bright red top and shorts, matching his wife, who looked stunning in a red, white and blue shirt.

Brittany, who has been dubbed the queen of Chiefs kingdom by fans, was also all smiles as she pulled Ashton in for an embrace. 

The trio remained together for some of the concert, seeming to have the time of their lives as they danced to the Last Night singer's hits, pointing at the stage.

The Kansas City Chiefs star was holding his wife close throughout the performance.

Meanwhile, Ashton threw his arms in the air enthusiastically while Mila danced to tracks such as One Thing At A Time and Cowgirls.

Morgan promised an ecstatic audience that he would play 'as many songs as I can', kicking off his mighty set with Ain’t That Some and I Wrote The Book.' 

Ashton's outing comes after he was slammed for saying AI will 'be able to render a whole movie' leading many to come to the defence of the film industry.

Ashton had suggested that entire movies could be produced using Sora, OpenAI’s latest generative video tool, during a recent discussion with former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, per Variety. 

'You’ll be able to render a whole movie,' the actor began. 'You’ll just come up with an idea for a movie, then it will write the script, then you’ll input the script into the video generator and it will generate the movie.'

He added: 'Instead of watching some movie that somebody else came up with, I can just generate and then watch my own movie. 

Critics were quick to call out the Hollywood star for suggesting that the movie-making magic could be left up to a computer. 

'Imagine being Ashton Kutcher stepping onto a film set now, after coming out and advocating for all those crew people to lose their jobs and f***ing starve,' wrote one detractor. 'Gutsy choice, bud.'

A few fans even took swipes at the actor's resume, which includes such films as Just Married, No Strings Attached and The Butterfly Effect.

'You could probably make an Ashton Kutcher movie with OpenAI’s Sora, but you couldn’t make a good movie with it,' posted a follower.

Another chimed in, 'I’d rather render a whole different Ashton Kutcher.'

During the chat with Schmidt, Kutcher said he played around with the Sora program and found that 'you can generate any footage that you want.'

'You can create good 10, 15-second videos that look very real,' he continued. 'It still makes mistakes. It still doesn’t quite understand physics. … But if you look at the generation of this that existed one year ago as compared to Sora, it’s leaps and bounds. 

'In fact, there’s footage in it that I would say you could easily use in a major motion picture or a television show.'

Kutcher added, 'Why would you go out and shoot an establishing shot of a house in a television show when you could just create the establishing shot for $100? To go out and shoot it would cost you thousands of dollars.

'Action scenes of me jumping off of this building, you don’t have to have a stunt person go do it, you could just go do it [with AI].' 

He went on to describe how a prompt involving a marathoner running through a sandstorm, which would typically demand extensive CGI, could be generated with ease. 

The AI controversy came just weeks after he and Mila were pictured enjoying an evening on the town with convicted rapist Danny Masterson's brother - months after issuing a groveling apology for supporting their That '70s Show co-star during.

Back in September, the couple came under fierce fire after it was revealed that they had written letters to the judge defending Danny, 48, and begging the judge for 'leniency' in his sentencing.

Afterwards, the actress, 40, and the Two and a Half Men alum, 46, said they were sorry for the 'pain they had caused' and insisted that they 'support victims' in a short, joint video posted to their social media accounts.

Now, the pair, who wed in 2015 and share daughter Wyatt Isabelle, nine, and son Dimitri Portwood, seven, were spotted grabbing a bite to eat with Danny's younger brother, actor Jordan Masterson, and another pal.

Photographers caught the group leaving an eatery called The Grill on the Alley in Beverly Hills on Thursday evening.

In May 2023, Danny was convicted of raping two women in 2003, and he was sentenced to 30 years behind bars in September. 

Following his sentencing, it was brought to light that Mila and Ashton had written letters to the judge during Danny's trial.

In the notes, which were obtained by DailyMail.com, Mila and Ashton gushed over Danny and insisted that he always 'treated people with decency, equality, and generosity.' 

'He's an extraordinarily honest and intentional human being,' Ashton wrote in his message to the judge. 

'Over 25 year relationship, I don't ever recall him lying to me. He's taught me about being direct and confronting issues in life and relationships head-on, resolving them, and moving forward.' 

In hers, Mila 'wholeheartedly' vouched for Danny's 'exceptional character' and the 'tremendous positive influence' he has on those around him, including her. 

She went to assert that Danny is an 'outstanding role model' - and celebrated his strength in staying away from drugs. 

'His dedication to avoiding all substances has inspired not only me but also countless others in our circle,' she continued. 

'Danny's steadfastness in promoting a drug-free lifestyle has been a guiding light in my journey through the entertainment world and has helped me prioritize my well-being and focus on making responsible choices.' 

After Mila and Ashton's letters were made public, they faced an onslaught of criticism from people all across the globe - including other stars like Amy Schumer and Christina Ricci - as well as one of Danny's victims.

The woman, whose name has not been shared, called their letters 'incredibly insulting and hurtful.'

'My hope is that they learn radical accountability and the importance of self-education to learn when to keep their privilege in check,' she said. 

The couple then issued an apology, with Ashton - who has co-founded Thorn, an nonprofit organization that works to stop the exploitation of children - explaining in their joint Instagram video, 'We are aware of the pain that has been caused by the character letters we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson.'
