Paris Jackson heads into a recording studio shortly after the anniversary of her father Michael Jackson's death

 Paris Jackson is spending her 4th of July working on new music. 

The daughter of Michael Jackson was spotted in Los Angeles on Wednesday heading into a recording studio.

Paris – who attended the Cannes Film Festival in May – was dressed chicly in a cropped white t-shirt, high-waisted jeans that ended at mid-shin with frayed hems and short, brown fringed boots.

The Let Down singer, 26, wore her hair down and had round-lensed sunglasses on her face.

A brown handbag completed her look as she alternately smiled at someone and looked down at her phone. 

Paris is the only daughter of the late Beat It singer. She was just 11-years-old at the time of his death.

The 15th anniversary of the King of Pop's death was on June 25.

The former member of the Jackson 5 died on June 25, 2009 at the age of 50 from a cardiac arrest he suffered after having Propofol administered as a sleep aid.

He welcomed Paris in 1998 with his second wife Debbie Rowe, whom he met when she was a nurse at the clinic where he was treated for his skin condition vitiligo.

Although Paris posted a heartbroken tribute to Michael on Father's Day earlier this month, she maintained a public silence on his death anniversary.

The rising pop star has been very busy lately. She walked in the Alexander Wang show on day and hopped on red eye to go to Barcelona for Desigual's Spring/Summer '25 show the next day. 

She shared a clip of herself settling in on her flight. 'Ready to sleep on this red-eye,' the Wilted singer wrote.

Paris has been busy with her music career too. She has a new song out called Hit Your Knees.

It is a collaboration with 4 Non Blondes singer Linda Perry, 65. 

On June 16, Father's Day, Paris shared a touching tribute to her father on her Instagram Stories.

The caption of the post was directed to people grieving their fathers on the holiday. 

'happy father's day to all my homies out there that don’t have one. we not alone.'

Paris also has a brother Prince 'Blanket' Jackson. 27.
