Tammy Hembrow's little sister Olympia shares incredible before and after photos of her weight loss

Tammy Hembrow's little sister Ava Olympia Thynne, who goes by her middle name, showed off her incredible weight loss journey on Wednesday.

The budding influencer, who shares the same mother as her fitness guru sister, took to Instagram for a Q&A with her fans when they asked about her trim figure. 

Sharing a throwback image of her younger self, Olympia revealed she shed some kilos by following Tammy's fitness app, but that wasn't all there was to it.

One fan asked: 'How long did it take you to see results using Tammy's workout app?'

To which Olympia responded: 'Strength wise I saw results fast but I only saw physical results when I added cleaner eating.'

When another fan questioned her about her diet, Olympia simply said she eats 'based off of how much I burn that day and at least 120g of protein'. 

It comes after Tammy was called out by followers earlier this year about the models she has used for her fitness app.

On a 9 week challenge progress post, a fan commented to the Tammy Fit App account on Instagram accusing the business of using different models in the before and after shots.

'That girl doesn't have one tattoo that's the same in these pictures,' wrote the Instagram sleuth in the comments. 

The post received over 80 likes, however Tammy soon swooped in with an explanation.

'Hi lovely! The image flipped when it was sent through to us, her tattoos are well and truly there xx,' the fitness influencer wrote in reply.

Another user had a similar question, asking 'Why are her tattoos different on the pictures???'

However, the wallpaper in one photo does appear to be the mirror image of the before shot, suggesting the image was flipped as Tammy claimed.

Tammy is best known for the fitness app and her activewear brand Saski, which have shot her to an estimated net worth well in the millions.

However, the business-savvy beauty also makes tens of thousands of dollars per sponsored post on her Instagram thanks to her 17.4million strong following.
