But the couple grabbed a few precious hours for themselves on Monday evening while attending the Los Angeles premiere of The Bikeriders.
Swedish model Jennifer, 34 - the half-sister of actress Malin Akerman - looked stunning in a fitted ankle-length dress with a plunging neckline as she joined the film's principal cast at Hollywood venue TCL Chinese Theater.
She completed the look with a casual denim jacket and black leather cowboy boots, while a statement choker and accompanying gold chain appeared to be her only accessories.
The statuesque model towered over husband Tom, 41 - best known for his role as Jesus Rovia in The Walking Dead - as they showered one another with affection on the red carpet.
