Christine Quinn would be welcome back on Selling Sunset in the wake of her divorce, Jason Oppenheim says

Christine Quinn, 35, has a lot on her plate right now with her divorce from Christian Dumontet, the domestic assault allegations and moving out of her marital home — all while being a parent to her son Christian Georges, two.

But at least she won't have to worry about how she's going to pay the bills, as her former boss, the 47-year-old Oppenheim Group co-founder Jason Oppenheim, has opened the door for her potential return to Selling Sunset.

'I have nothing against her coming back. I think everyone deserves a second chance,' he told TMZ. 'I think I would be on board, but that would be a group decision.'

But, if all of the people who are involved in that decision were for it, he would 'be for it, if everyone else was,' adding that he's had his fair share of second chances and calling Quinn 'a dynamic woman.'

Quinn left the popular Netflix show after the fifth season in 2022, leaving a wake of scorched relationships in her path.

When Quinn left Selling Sunset it was to start a new Crypto real estate venture with her now estranged husband.

'I terminated my contract when the brokerage launched,' she told People at the time. 'I had to make a business decision that was for me, so I had to terminate the contract so I could move it over to my brokerage.'

However, as Oppenheim told TMZ, 'a lot of people' have to agree to hire Quinn back including not just him and the Oppenheim employees but it's also Netflix and the production company.

But one person who has made it clear she would not be on board with re-hiring Quinn is Mary Bonnet, 43.

'I wish her the very best,' Mary told E! News at the Critics Choice Awards on June 15. 'I feel really, really bad for what she's gone through and I want her to live her best life.'

But when it comes to Christine rejoining the fold at the Oppenheim Group's Sunset Strip office, Mary said 'I don't think that's gonna happen.'

She explained that their recent reunion at the White Fox party was just a chance encounter.

'We just ran into each other and got a picture, so it kind of got blown up into that she's now coming back.

As for what Christine wants, as of last year she had no interest in returning to the reality TV show that made her famous.

'I have my girls that I absolutely love and I'm so supportive of them,' she told E! News last year, 'but for me, I don't think I'll watch the show just because I want to know them for who they are and not what they're edited to be.'

She added that she'd like to explore the world of scripted productions.

'For me, I would love to get back into scripted,' she said, adding, 'That's what I would really love to do, like Lady Gaga did with her career.'
