A popular British food influencer has baffled her fans by revealing the bizarre eating phobia none of her viewers have picked up on.

Anastasia Kingsnorth, 23, who boasts 1.3million followers on YouTube, surprised her fans by sharing that she can't eat the end of a burger because it's round.

In a bizarre episode of her Sex, Lies and DM Slides podcast, the influencer said she can't bring herself to get past the shape of the food and finish eating it.

'When I have a burger or I eat something round, I can't ever finish the end of it, which makes no sense because it's round,' she told her co-host Saffron Barker

'If I get to the end of the burger, I have to leave the little end rim. I can't eat it. I don't know why I've never been able to eat it.'

Anastasia, who is based in Manchester, went on to clarify that her unique rule doesn't just apply to burgers but any round foods, leaving Saffron baffled.

'Like there's something in me. I just can't finish the end of the burger because it's round,' she explained.

Saffron replied: 'That is so weird, because it's round, that makes no sense!'

Anastasia is a hugely popular lifestyle and food vlogger who shares videos of herself trying out a whole string of 24-hour food trends.

The online personality made headlines back in 2022 when she and Saffron, 23, got caught in the middle of an intellectual property dispute.

English cook Gizzi Erskine claimed Spotify stole the podcast she had developed with model Sydney Lima and made it with Anastasia and Saffron at the helm instead.

Gizzi slammed the corporation for allegedly 'taking' the podcast Sex, Lies and DM Slides, which she claimed she had created with Sydney 'over a series of months'.

The TV personality made some very bold claims, alleging that she was 'exploited' by the streaming service, which Spotify have vehemently denied.

Gizzi also claimed that Spotify UK paid her and Sydney to develop the podcast, with the pair allegedly making the 'name and format', before they were 'dropped' as hosts.

A spokesperson for Spotify said at the time: 'At Spotify we take intellectual property extremely seriously.

'Sex, Lies & DM Slides is a wholly-owned Spotify Original podcast inclusive of name and format, and we look forward to watching the show continue to evolve.'
