That's right, it's Zoe Foster Blake!

The skincare guru shared throwbacks from her childhood to Instagram on Wednesday, which showed her as a very sunny kid with a quirky fashion sense.

In one snap, her younger self rocked very curly blonde locks and a bright pink hat which matched her loose dress, a far cry from the short brown bob and glamorous fashion sense she dons nowadays.

Another saw her tucking her golden tresses beneath a black cap as she hung white sunglasses around her neck and sported a baggy graphic T-shirt.

Zoe shared the old school pictures alongside a heartfelt message which spoke out against the harmful affect social media has on pre-teens and teenagers.

'If I'd had a smartphone and social media when these photo were taken, my brain chatter would've been very different to: we're gonna miss the bus/will Supre still have those flares I want/can Wayne's World be as funny the third time?' she said.

'Research indicates they wouldn't have been positive. Adolescence exacerbates girls' comparison bias, self-consciousness about their changing body, and amplifies insecurities about where they fit in socially. Social media pours petrol all over this.'

Zoe's post comes after the mum-of-two revealed why she and husband Hamish Blake stopped posting so many photos online of their children.

The couple once flooded their Instagram accounts with adorable pictures of their bubs Sonny and Rudy, but now they are rarely seen online.

While fans may be disappointed they no longer get a peak into their family life, Zoe told The Sydney Morning Herald last month that it's for the best.

'We're very private and we're very boring. We're just a normal family and I think our inclination to share our life has gone down a lot,' she told the publication.

Despite their inclination toward privacy as the kids grow older, Zoe and Hamish still post happy snaps from family holidays, strategically hiding Sonny and Rudy's faces.
