'Can confirm I'm not pregnant, I did take a test yesterday, because, well me and pregnancy don't have a good history.'

Martha suffered with hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) during her first pregnancy, which is a severe type of nausea and vomiting that lasts longer than a few days.

Despite her struggles, Martha revealed that she wants to have more children, after welcoming a son Lucius with her fiance Michael Brunelli in February 2023.

During the Q&A, Martha said of her family plans: 'Yup, I know it's crazy and it's rough but I would love to have more.'

The reality TV star also opened up about her struggles with HG during her first pregnancy, admitting that 'nothing' gave her any relief from her grueling symptoms.

When asked what helped her deal with HG, Martha replied: 'Nothing! I took everything that was offered to me, nothing gave me any relief whatsoever.

'This photo was the beginning of the 2nd trimester of my pregnancy. This wasn't even the worst of it.

'I did take steroids at some stage, probably towards the end of the 2nd trimester. While they gave me an appetite again, they did nothing for the nausea.

'The last six weeks of my pregnancy were probably the best for me. I felt well enough to go out and be social.'

Despite initial doubts about their relationship, their bond has only become stronger in the four years since they left the dating experiment as a couple.

After exchanging vows in a non-legally binding ceremony on the show, the couple then got engaged in December 2021 and welcomed their son Lucius last year.
