Ashley Roberts puts on a brave face as she heads to work following poignant tribute to her friend TJ Paradise who died following cancer battle

Ashley Roberts put on a brave face as she headed to work on Thursday just hours after she shared a poignant tribute to her late friend Anthony TJ Paradise. 

The radio host, 42, wore a white, beige and black summer dress, which she paired with Christian Louboutin heels, as she headed to Heart Radio's studio. 

She headed back to the office just hours after the former Pussycat Doll revealed to her 712,000 Instagram followers that her close friend, TJ, had passed away. 

The personality admitted to be 'heartbroken' by the sudden loss, writing about her friendship in a lengthy message, posted alongside a slew of joyful snaps on Wednesday.

She penned: 'Cant believe we’ve had to say good bye. Our handsome TJ. I’ll remember your kindness, those beautiful brown eyes, your big heart, your insane cooking skills (those meatballs) and how you and Bobby always opened your gorgeous home to me.'

'We’ve been friends for so long. Wish this wasn’t true. May you rest in peace dear friend. Spread those wings angel. You will be forever loved.

'So sorry @bobbynewberry my heart breaks for you. Love you so much Swiss. You’re not alone.'

TJ worked as a Real Estate Associate for Sotheby International Realty in Beverly Hills and passed away after battling cancer. 

Ashley is a very close friend of his husband Bobby Newberry, who made his name as a choreographer with global pop and rap artists.

Bobby, 29, who is also a singer and performer himself, is Ashley's old acquaintance since her Pussycat Dolls days.

He received a VMA for Best Choreography in a Music Video for the dance he developed for the iconic girlband's When I Grow Up music video.

The American pro dancer - who grew up in Orange County - also provided choreography for the likes of Eminem, Nicki Minaj and Yo Gotti. 

Ashley took a trip down the memory lane, sharing quite old pictures of herself partying with TJ and Bobby.

Fans rushed to give their support to the star, flooding her Instagram post with heartfelt comments and paying their condolences.
