Amanda Holden sported polka dots while Ashley Roberts flashed her abs in a cropped shirt as the pair left Heart FM radio studios on Thursday. 

Amanda, 53, co-hosts Heart Breakfast Show with Jamie Theakston and Ashley Roberts on weekdays, while Ashley is the showbiz reporter.

The broadcaster was seen looking formal in a smart black and white polka dot co-ord as she left the Global Studios in London's Leicester Square.

The pencil skirt and blazer combo was paired with white stilettos and a huge pair of sunglasses.

Ashley, 42, looked effortlessly chic in a pair of baggy high-waisted black trousers and a striped off-the-shoulder cropped white and blue shirt. 

The former Pussycat Dolls singer finished off her look with patent black stilettos, thin flat sunglasses, chunky silver earrings and a tiny leather handbag.

Amanda caused a stir earlier this week as she stripped naked during the Heart Breakfast Show on Monday. 

The confident star put every inch of herself on display as she removed her clothes for a life drawing session, that saw artists, as well as her radio co-hosts Jamie Theakston and Ashley have a go at drawing her. 

As Amanda dropped trousers on camera, Jamie, 53, explained: 'Slightly distracting...  Amanda's in the corner of the studio without any clothes on - which is a first not for her of course - but the rest of us.' 

Ashley then interjected: 'She looks amazing!' 

As Amanda was presented with the images of herself nude, she seemed delighted with the outcomes. 

Yet Jamie was quick to put an end to the bizarre segment as he called out 'can you put a top on because it's slightly distracting?!' 

Amanda was no doubt keen to show off her tan after her luxury Maldives family break. 

The Britain's Got Talent judge took to Instagram last week to share a reel of holiday highlights from her time spent at the LUX South Ari Atoll beach island. 

During the series of clips, Amanda showcased her incredible figure in a £120 orange bikini from Melissa Odabash as she relaxed on a palm tree swing. 

The radio presenter also shared some snaps of her evenings spent with her lookalike daughters Lexi, 18, and Hollie, 12, with her husband Chris appearing to be designated photograph for the trip. 

It seemed it was the family's second trip back to the island as Amanda was greeted with a 'welcome back' sign on the bed at their water villa. 

Water villas are the most expensive accommodation on the island thanks to their idyllic ocean views with it costing upwards of £1,200 per night.
