Zara McDermott sports a foot cast after tibia injury as she is joined by her brother to support Strictly star Graziano Di Prima's new show

Zara McDermott soldiered on despite her tibia injury as she attended Graziano Di Prima's show Believe Gala night at the Peacock theatre on Saturday evening. 

The reality star, 27, was joined by her brother Brad and the rest of the Strictly family as she headed to support her dance partner while sporting her foot cast. 

The former Love Islander is currently recovering from a stress fracture in her tibia but has been told by doctors it is likely she will need further surgery to aid the healing process.

Yet despite the boot, Zara managed to still keep it stylish as she opted for some figure-hugging black leather trousers and black rhinestone studded boot. 

The star wrapped up in a black furry winter coat and accessorised the look with a YSL handbag as she chatted away on the phone while leaving the theatre. 

Zara updated fans earlier this month and revealed there is now some small evidence of healing.

Hoping to recover in the most natural way possible, the star wants to avoid surgery and is instead has opted to use crutches and a boot to take the pressure off her foot instead.

She explained: 'This evening I'm heading to the hospital because while I was away I got some news from my Dr about my tibia fracture. 

'The good news is that there is some small evidence of healing! Yay! However he said he can see that the bone surrounding the fracture is under a lot of tension/pressure... whatever that means?

'Surgery is still an option but I've opted for the most natural route which is to try and help it heal on its own... which means for the next few months I'm going to be on crutches and in a boot, which I'm being fitted for today.'

She joined Strictly professionals Kai Widdrington, Vito Coppola and Jowita Przystal, who all looked in great spirits for the evening. 

Strictly dancer Neil Jones also attended as he was joined by his girlfriend Chyna Mills and their daughter Havana, six months. 

The pair didn't shy away from packing on the PDA as they shared a kiss in the street while the doting father pushed his daughter in the pram. 

Former Strictly stars Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Chizzy Akudolu also attended, as well theatre actress Cassidy Jansen. 

Gushing over his tour, Graziano took to Instagram in October as he announced the special news. 

He wrote: 'This is one of the moments that I have worked my whole life for… my very own tour. 

'I wanted to share my life and my journey in the only way I know… through dance, beside me I will have the best partner in dance and in life, my wife and leading lady. 

'I hope to see you there and I want to show that no matter where you come from and who you are, no one can hold you back from achieving your dreams. 

'I am so grateful to be able to share my story with you and I cannot wait to see you there.'
