Channel Nine's beloved renovation series The Block is set to make a triumphant return to TV screens later this year, marking two decades since its initial premiere.
While the show won't air until after the Paris Olympics have finished in August, the contestants haver already been spotted shooting a promo video at a scenic beach on Phillip Island in Victoria.
Last week's leaked photos showed Scott Cam enjoying the company of the ten contestants as they reveled on the sand and struck poses in their work attire.
Each team donned color-coordinated outfits to distinguish themselves, separated into team blue, red, yellow, green and purple.
And realestate.com.au has revealed the contestants for the 20th anniversary season:
Team Blue - Jesse and Paige
Jesse and Paige will represent WA as they take on this year's season of The Block.
According to realestate.com.au, Paige has a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce degree, focusing on marketing and public relations, which will come in handy when TV drama emerges.
Meanwhile 30-year-old Jesse is an avid Rugby fan.
According to reports Paige has been spotted taking selfies with fans while visiting local businesses.
Team Red
The identities of Team Red is at this stage unknown, but the duo are another male-female team.
The female contestant appears to have long brown hair while the male sports a beard.
Team Yellow
Two young men will represent team yellow on the upcoming season.
While filming a promo for the hit TV show, contestants were spotted wearing work boots while team yellow sported fish shoes.
The yellow team appear to be a fan of water sports after they were caught loading a kayak onto the roof of a car.
Team Green - Kylie and Brad
Partners Kylie and Brad are rumoured to represent Queensland on the anniversary season.
The couple have even been taking time to stop for selfies with local fans on Phillip Island.
Team Purple - Mimi and Kristian
Newlyweds Kristian and Mimi Belperio will reportedly represent South Australia.
The couple are no strangers to the spotlight after the pair went viral on TikTok for their Disney themed wedding in Adelaide in 2023.
And it has already been teased that team purple will bring the drama for the 20th anniversary season.
A source told Yahoo Lifestyle 'The feeling is that we have bought some serious dynamite with these two and we are just waiting for an explosion.'
The source went on to say: 'The show is designed to put people in situations where they feel uncomfortable so that even the nicest contestants will blow up at things that are not that big of a deal.'
Daily Mail Australia can reveal a Channel Nine-owned company purchased Island Cove Villas on Phillip Island for a whopping $9.5million.
Situated two-and-a-half hours from Melbourne, the location currently features nine homes, a communal pool, a BBQ pavilion, tennis court and a children's playground.
Local residents have even created a Facebook page dedicated to posting rumours, photos and videos of the highly anticipated season.
