KIIS FM radio stars Will and Woody have signed a three-year deal which will keep them on the air until the end of 2026.

Hosts Will McMahon and Woody Whitelaw announced in a statement on Thursday they were thrilled to be able to continue their popular drive time show.

'The support and confidence has never waned from KIIS. I love Woody, our team and our listeners. I will forever be grateful to the network for an epic life,' Will said.

'Did we re-sign? Awesome! In all seriousness, that I have three more years of getting to spend my afternoons shooting the breeze with my best mate is a dream I'm excited to keep living,' Woody added.

ARN's Chief Content Officer Duncan Campbell said listeners could expect quality content and laughter from the boys for years to come.

'Their candour and genuine friendship are why they continue to connect with audiences nation-wide and the country has continued to fall in love with them.'

Will and Woody joined KIIS FM in 2018 and their syndicated program, which balances serious and humorous topics, is listened to by close to two million people weekly.

It comes after their KIIS FM colleagues Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson confirmed a historic new radio deal which will see them expand to Melbourne.

The hosts announced in a statement on Thursday they were thrilled to be able to continue their popular drive time show

In November, the Sydney-based radio duo signed a record-breaking $200million, 10-year deal live on-air - keeping them on the airwaves until 2034.

In a statement to celebrate the historic contract renewal, Sandilands said: 'Fans of the show will be stoked to hear that this 10-year deal is the longest radio deal in Australian history.

'Love us or loathe us, Jackie and I will be continuing with our politically incorrect nonsense for a long, long time.'

He added: 'We want to thank the listeners. Staff. All the clients. Even senior management, I’ll give a nod to. They actually did something brilliant.'

This means the duo will dominate markets outside their Sydney-based audience and extend their reach into Melbourne for the first time.

It's been reported one unique clause in the contract gives Sandilands the ability to broadcast the show from 'anywhere on the earth'.

The shock jock has often worked on the KIIS FM show from Los Angeles and other places, so the new contract will give the flexibility to continue broadcasting from wherever he chooses.
