Spotted outside of the studio in Leicester Square, Ashley strutted her stuff in the button-up number which she paired with an oversized cream and black large checkered trench coat.
The wintery piece looked effortlessly chic over her shoulders and matched her black sleek sunglasses.
She paired the dress with a red woven £1800 Bottega Veneta Mini Jodie bag, which added a touch of high fashion to her Thursday morning outfit.

The TV personality opted for a natural palette of makeup for the occasion, adding a pop of colour with a peachy nude lip.
The gold detailing on her knitted dress matched her gold earrings as her accessories of choice.
And the buttons continued down the side of her Reiss dress, which she kept buttoned up.
Ashley's blonde tresses were worn in a bouncy yet straight style which she threw into a ponytail, and blow-dried her fringe to frame her face perfectly.
On the show this morning, Ashley met Shania Twain who has been doing a press tour to promote her latest album, Queen Of Me.

Ashley has had a lot on her mind of late as a fan called Lewis Langley, 47, was found not guilty of stalking her .
Defence lawyer Mr Hesham Puri had previously summarised by saying it is not disputed that Langley blew kisses or attended her workplace as had been claimed.
But he argued that, while his behaviour was odd, it was not enough to cause her serious distress.

Mr Puri said Langley's behaviour was 'unattractive, irritating' but did not cross the threshold into being 'oppressive'.
Langley was given a restraining order not to directly or indirectly contact Ashley.
He was also ordered not to go within 50 metres of Global International in Leicester Square.
