Maggie Gyllenhaal joins her daughter Ramona, 15, as they makes a rare joint appearance in the FROW at the Dior show during Paris Fashion Week

Maggie Gyllenhaal made a rare appearance alongside her 15-year-old daughter Ramona at the Dior show for Paris Fashion Week.

Sitting front row in her sheer all black ensemble, the actress, 44, looked fashion forward as she kept her large sunglasses on while being papped.

Beside her was teenage daughter Ramona Sarsgaard, who wore a chequered shirt dress with lace trim on the skirt as well as a grey jacket over the top.

The mother-of-two matched bags with her daughter, both wearing classic Christian Dior monogram crossbody bags for the occasion.

The Secretary actress shielded her eyes behind sunglasses as she posed for pictures while entering the haute-couture ready-to-wear fashion show on Tuesday afternoon.

She slipped her feet into a pair of lacy square-toed black flat boots as she made her way into the venue.

Her midi length crochet dress was put on show when she took her seat on the catwalk, but while heading in she covered up with a long black jacket.

Gyllenhaal kept her auburn pixie cut in their natural waves, while making up her face with a natural glowy look. She finished off with a beige nude lip colour.

Ramona, 15, the eldest daughter of Maggie and fellow actor Peter Sarsgaard, 51, wore her similarly auburn locks in a natural wave and let her fringe frame her face.

Her navy Dior monogram crossbody bag complimented her monochromatic outfit perfectly.

She finished off the outfit with a pair of black and white Christian Dior chunky platform loafers which added some height to her frame. 

The American pair were in Paris for the Christian Dior womenswear spring/summer 2023 show, watching a 'nude-themed' catwalk show with what appeared to be modern dancers sporting nude bodysuits.

The dancers lifted each other up while models strutted their stuff up the runway in outfits from the French luxury fashion house.

A whole host of famous faces were seen at the show on Tuesday afternoon.

Also in attendance was Elle Macpherson cut a glamorous figure as she attended the Dior spring summer show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday. 

The Australian beauty, 58, arrived to the event in a black open shirt which she paired with a white skirt with a black embroidered print.
