Wendy Williams will be taking her iconic purple chair from her canceled talk show to her new podcast
Just two weeks after The Wendy Williams Show aired its final episode in daytime syndication, the host will be taking an iconic piece from the set to her new podcast.
The show aired the last episode of her show on Friday, June 17, though without Williams herself, since the 57-year-old hasn't appeared on her show in nearly a year.
There were reports earlier this week that she was planning on moving on with a podcast, though a new report Thursday from The Sun confirms that the iconic purple chair Williams sat in on the talk show will be moving to the podcast with her.

Williams' manager, Will Selby, confirmed that he and Williams went to the studio after the finale to retrieve the chair and other items like several wigs.
'We took it from the show. When they announced the show was over, I said to Wendy let's go get your stuff,' Selby revealed.
'I thought "Why should it stay there- so people can sell it on eBay?" There were some things I felt were iconic," Will added.
